“Prep Day” also known as Bulb Twisting/Tree Chopping/Bow Making Day is Saturday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 15 from 8-11 a.m. at the Garden Bar in downtown Bigfork.

Bigfork Elves Decorating Day
It is time to turn Bigfork into Montana’s Christmas Village. Meet in front of the Bigfork Inn on Nov. 22 at 8 a.m. for a quick lesson on bow and tree tying before hitting the streets of Bigfork. Gather around the Bigfork Inn for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony later that evening at 7 p.m.
Bigfork Butterballer
The 5th annual Thanksgiving 5k run is Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. on the Bigfork Nature Trail.

West Shore craft night
West Shore Community Library hosts a craft night the second Tuesday of the month from 6-8 p.m. Free and open to all adults.
West Shore Community Dinner
The free community dinner is on the second Friday of each month from 5-6:30 p.m. Meet at The Gathering Place in Lakeside.
Bigfork Senior Center
Hot lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Recommended donation for meals is $4 for seniors age 60 and over, $6 for non-seniors.
Community meal
A free community meal is at Bethany Lutheran Church every Wednesday. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. The church is at 8559 Montana 35.
Lakeside Senior Lunch
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.-noon, at the Lakeside Chapel Gathering Place. To reserve a plate call Janice at 406-250-0148. $4 for 60 and older, $6 for anyone under 60.
