Police Calls: Dog owners drop the ball

Oct. 24 

The caller said his neighbor on Shiloh Avenue has vicious dogs that keep him from getting out of his truck until she calls them back. 

A dark colored car was driving erratically on Highway 40. 

Someone was cited for open container and littering on Central Avenue. 

A dog on Columbia Avenue was heard barking and seen running from the front yard to the back yard for three hours. 

The caller reported being rushed, barked and snarled at by a dog on Colorado Avenue. 

A male on a bench on Central Avenue appeared to be intoxicated. 

Oct. 25 

Two to three males were hanging around a business on Central Avenue, reportedly yelling and hollering. 

The caller was concerned about the safety of three kids who went into an abandoned house on Railway Street.  

Oct. 26 

A Toyota was parked in a walkway on Davos Lane. 

A dog was returned to his owner.
