Charles R. Wagner, 57, passed away April 11, 2004 in his home in Deer Park, Wash.

He is survived by: his wife, Mellisa Swan Wagner; his parents, Shirley and Ray Wagner of Moses Lake; and his two sisters, Barbara Garbe of Moses Lake and Patrice Shay of Yakima.

Charles served in the Vietnam War with the 173 airborn regiment. He was a graduate of Moses Lake High School and Washington State University.
