The Kalispell Fire Department had 14 calls. One was to a vehicle accident on U.S. 2, west of town, Wednesday afternoon.

Whitefish ambulance went to U.S. 93 in front of Safeway on Wednesday morning when a pedestrian and a vehicle collided. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital.

The Bigfork Fire Department checked out a smoking heater in an apartment on Montana 35 on Tuesday.
