MOSES LAKE — The Runnin' Vikes were running against the alumni team Saturday during the Simplot Classic.

Big Bend outran and out-scored the alumni 107-76.

The run-and-gun game worked for the Vikes and gave them a comfortable lead at the clock expired in the first half.

In the second half, the Vikes heated up, shooting 74 percent from the field.

Derek Vranes led the team with 20 points and four rebounds.

Curtiss Moseley had 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Blake Soloman had 15 points and six rebounds.
