Edna Evelyn Mendenhall, 87, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2005, at the Heritage Place in Kalispell.
She was born on Oct. 22, 1917, in Scobey, to Edmund E. and Bertha M. (Safty) Mendenhall.
Edna received her early education in Kalispell graduating from high school at Flathead County High School.
She loved animals of all kinds, especially cats. She loved to read and listen to the "Golden Reruns." Edna's favorite flowers were carnations and roses and loved the song "How Great Thou Art."
She is survived by one brother, Richard Mendenhall; two sisters, Connie Swanberg and Ethel Hendrickson, all of Kalispell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Johnson Mortuary and Crematory is caring for Edna's family.
