Pauline M. Shook, 91, passed away, Monday, Sept., 19, 2005, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private family services have been held.

Pauline was born on June 7, 1914 ,in Nez Pierce, Idaho, to Harlan and Myrtle Moser. She moved to Sandpoint in 1978.

She was an author and enjoyed the arts. Her hobbies include writing, poetry, painting, genealogy, and gourmet cooking.

Survivors include two sons, Dan (Patty) Shook of Sandpoint and James (Christina) Shook of Ft. Collins, Colo.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mariette Anderson of Boulder, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vern Shook, sister Jeanette Partch, and daughter Susan Shook.

Memorial donations may be made to the Panida Theater, 300 N. First Ave., Sandpoint, ID 83864.
