Notice is hereby given that a request for a Conditional Use was received on July 25, 2006 from Kenneth Baker, 202 Desert Aire Dr. N., 509-932-5522; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 14, 2006. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting 12:00 noon, September 13, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
