DuWayne R. Justice, 53, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

DuWayne was born Dec. 8, 1953 in Williston, N.D., to Ferdinand and Phyllis Justice. He attended school in Lind, Wash. After high school graduation he worked for TriMatic System. His recent employment of 30 years was at Cenex.

He is survived by his children Quintin Justice, Jolene Justice (Carlos Loreto) and his granddaughter Jacelynn Loreto-Justice. Also surviving is his mother, Phyllis Justice, sisters Debbie (Leo) Baulne and Cindy (Hal) Nelson, niece Jennifer (Mike) Daws, nephew Nicholas Baulne and great niece Jade Daws. Preceding in his death was his father, Ferdinand Justice.

His family and many friends will miss him.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, at Kayser's Chapel of Memories with Del McKenzie officiating. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake.
