Donald William Heath — Beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away Oct. 21, 2006, after a long battle with emphysema. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side at 77 years-old.

He leaves behind devoted wife of 56 years, Laurine Marie; loving children, daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Steven Straus; daughter-in-law, Vickie Heath; and cherished grandchildren, Stephanie, Jennifer, Hailey, and Andrew.

Preceding him in death is son; Michael David and parents; William and Beth Heath.

The family expresses gratitude to the wonderful friends, staff and members of the family's church for all of their care and support during this time.

A memorial service will take place at Celtic Cross Presbyterian Church, 5839 Dewey Drive, Citrus Heights, Calif., at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the American Lung Cancer Society may be made.
