The Whitefish Fire Department was notified of a barn fire Sunday evening on Whitefish Stage Road. It was extinguished and firefighters weren't needed.

Middle Fork Quick Response Unit and Columbia Falls Ambulance were called to a vehicle accident Sunday night on U.S. 2. A woman went to the hospital.

Marion Ambulance, Smith Valley Fire Department and Montana Highway Patrol went to a report of a vehicle accident Monday morning on U.S. 2. It appeared someone had a medical problem and went to the hospital.

The Evergreen Fire Department checked out a report of huge pile of wood burning on Granite View Drive. Firefighters found the burn was under control, and several people were there to watch over it.
