Othello elections numbers updated

OTHELLO - The Adams County Auditor's Office released the final results of two Othello races Wednesday.

Three people were on the primary ballot for Othello City Council position six.

Mark Snyder maintains the lead with 364 votes, according to the auditor's office. He picked up an additional 30 votes.

Incumbent Dale Wyman trails with 172 votes and accumulated an additional 13 votes.

Rodney Ramiro DeLeon has 123 votes. He received six more votes after the latest tabulation, according to the auditor's office.

DeLeon looks to be eliminated from the race once the results are certified.

Three people were running for Othello School District position two.

Robert Simmons maintains his lead with 657 votes, as he obtained 56 more votes.

Guy Graber follows with 317 votes, according to the auditor's office. He picked up an additional 14 votes.

William Laing has 247 votes. Despite accumulating 19 more votes with the latest tabulation, it appears Laing is to eliminated from the race once the results are certified.

The general election is slated for Nov. 6.
