The Flathead County Alcohol Enforcement Team arrested 20 minors for possession of alcohol over the weekend. On Friday, three youths were arrested at an event at Majestic Valley Arena. On Saturday, 16 youths were cited and released to a responsible adult after officers responded to a house party on Vonderheide Lane. One of the kids was also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. On Sunday, a 20-year-old woman was arrested on First Avenue West in Kalispell. The 21-year-old man who provided the woman with the alcohol was also cited.

Alarms

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a Liberty Street apartment where a 22-year-old woman, who had previously been drinking alcohol, accidentally drank dish soap. She was not taken to the hospital.

They also responded to a vehicle fire on Summit Ridge Road and a broken gas line on Third Avenue East.

An overheating motor in a furnace at a Third Avenue East church filled the building with smoke. The Kalispell Fire Department responded and found no open flames and no damage.

The Columbia Falls Fire Department responded to the city dump for a fire in a Dumpster.

The Evergreen Fire Department responded to a broken water line on East Oregon Street.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Lion Mountain Loop.

The Coram Fire Department and Canyon Quick Response Unit responded to a single car accident on U.S. 2 about 10 miles east of West Glacier. One person was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center with head injuries and a broken arm.
