Loggers claim double victory against Eureka

Both the Logger boys and girls were victorious against Eureka in a packed Logger stadium during last Saturday's double header, winning 66-49 and 65-44 respectively.

The Mee siblings played a big part in the wins.

In the final game of the night, Jackie Mee was on fire for the Lady Loggers, leading in scoring with 37 points, a season-high for her, while freshman Jaime Gilden contributed 12 points. Mee also made 16 of 18 from the freethrow line.

Jim Mee had a game-high of 30 points, with five 3-pointers and 12 points in the second quarter alone, helping to improve Libby's record, 3-2.

Bryan Cooper also scored 10 points for the Loggers, with Conner Benson contributing 8, Kelly May 5, and Zack Rowan 4.
