QUINCY — Visitors to the Quincy Valley Medical Center Web site may notice more than a few changes to its design.
A revamped site debuted Thursday at www.quincyhospital.org, said Marketing Director Dick Burkenpas.
"It's completely different, completely regenerated," Burkenpas said.
The site's goal is to provide one-stop shopping to customers, he said.
Information is still being added to the site, including practitioner biographies, details on services offered and awards given.
Information about career opportunities and long-term care, emergency room, hospital, clinic and physical therapy services are among links available on the site.
"Multiple times during the week, it will be updated," Burkenpas noted.
Currently, he is working to add information about radiology, the operating room and endoscopy.
People tell Burkenpas they are uninformed about what is going on with the hospital.
The renovated site and a newsletter debuting at the end of the month are going to help people become informed, he said. A version of the newsletter is going to be posted to the hospital's site for download.
