The Pioneer Days Rodeo rolled through town Friday, Saturday and Sunday as a part of the Lake County Fair in Ronan. Friday night's Bull-O-Rama drew spectators eager to witness the wild and always unpredictable bull riding performed by their own hometown heroes as well as cowboys from as far away as Canada and Wyoming.

The show did not disappoint as riders struggled to hold on for the eight-seconds required to earn a score. The bulls were up for the challenge too, though, and many-a-rider was bucked from his position of power before that time barrier was reached. Saturday's rodeo featured the full gamut of rodeo events: Bareback riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, barrels, team roping and more.
