Charlotte M. Heaverlo, 85, longtime Moses Lake resident, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. Arrangements are in care of Kayser’s Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake.
