Roy L. Fletcher

Roy Lane Fletcher, 49, of Libby died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center from natural causes. He was born April 11, 1958 to Charles E. (Gene) and Geraldine (Cottrell) Fletcher in Libby.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a master at huckleberry picking. His father Gene and a son Curtis preceded him in death.

He is survived by his mother Geraldine of Libby; son Justin Fletcher of Kellogg, Idaho; grandson Owen Hunter of Kalispell; brothers Jerome and Jim both of Libby, and Steele and Rene of Kalispell; sisters Valorie Sweet and her husband Walt and Mary Beth Stroklund and her husband Larry both of Libby, Letty Overby and her husband Darrell of Randal, Wash., Molly Boggs of Port Orchard, Wash., Betsy Arnold and her husband Neil of Portland, Ore., Linda Leazenby and husband Wes of Bozeman, Mont. and his best friend Lazy Dog; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008 at the City of Libby Cemetery.

Local arrangements are by the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home in Libby.
