TRI-CITIES - The Seattle Seahawks' second annual Blue Tour will make a central Washington appearance this weekend in Kennewick.

The Blue Tour is in recognition of the "12th Man" and to thank communities for their passion and support.

Families can visit mascot Blitz, receive autographs from Seahawk players, SeaGals and members of the Blue Thunder Drum Line at the Outback Steakhouse in Kennewick during an old-fashioned tailgate party.

Registrations are being taken for the free Gatorade Junior Training Camp where kids 8-14 can participate in a two-hour instructional football clinic. The Blue Thunder Drumline and the SeaGals will hold a Cheer and dance session at the Toyota Center along with the clinic.

On Sunday morning, the city of Kennewick welcomes Seahawks fans to Keewaydin Park for a free Father's Day pancake feed followed by a special "12th Man" flag raising ceremony to honor Major David Niesen.

"Our community has long demonstrated its support for the Seattle Seahawks and the Bureau is pleased their staff chose to bring the Blue Tour back to the Tri-Cities. The Seahawks Blue Tour will offer a weekend filled with family activities; and allow our citizens to show their enthusiasm and support for Seahawks football," said Kris Watkins, President & CEO of the Tri-Cities Visitors and Convention Bureau.

For more information on the Blue Tour and to register for the Gatorade Junior Training Camp visit the Seahawks online at www.seahawks.com/community/community, or contact the Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau at 509-735-8486 extension 223.
