The Big Mountain Fire Department responded to a smoke-filled home on the mountain. The resident had closed the damper on the fireplace before the manufactured log inside was finished burning.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a three-car crash on U.S. 93. One person was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center and one person was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Three Rivers EMS responded to Ninth Street West in Columbia Falls where a 40-year-old woman suffered a traumatic injury to her legs. It is unknown how the injury occurred. She was taken to North Valley Hospital.
