MOSES LAKE - The Moses Lake Avalanche midget hockey team completed its season on March 9 with a 3-12 record.

The season's biggest highlight was captain Opinder Brar, who led the Avalanche with 15 goals and three assists in the 15-game season.

Brar had a standout final weekend as he scored two goals and two assists in Moses Lake's 10-0 win over the Wenatchee Blades. Brar also had two goals during a 9-3 loss to Spokane Inland Empire, and had both of the Avalanche's goals in a 5-2 setback to the Moscow Bears.
