NICAN, what part of "go away, make like a tree and leave," or get lost don't  you understand? Are you that detached from reality? What is the color of the sky in your world?

To the U.S. District Court, please don't even bother to rule one way or another on this nonsensical stalling tactic asking for another injunction. These mouthpieces for developers are still using the smoke screen of their environmental concerns to stop the Sand Creek Byway. They have no regard for the environment as illustrated by their deafening silence when a local developer filled in the Dover wetlands or another ruined the kokanee spawning beds at Bayview. Just ignore them. They hold no sway in this town that matters. Their arguments are groundless and with no merit what so ever to any thinking person.
