Connell sweeps Royal

ROYAL CITY - The Royal Lady Knights could not find an answer for the Connell Eagles Tuesday night as the Eagles swept the Lady Knights in three games.

The visiting Eagles won the first three games of the match 25-16, 25-20 and 25-21.

Junior Page Woodward led the Lady Knights with eight kills. Woodward also had two blocks.

Caitlin Paysse finished the match with five blocks and also added five kills.

The Lady Knights travel to Kiona-Benton Thursday night to take on the Bears.

Wapato 3, Quincy 2

The Wapato Wolves defeated the Quincy Jacks in five games Tuesday night to win the Central Washington Athletic Conference contest.

The Wolves and Jacks split the first four games of the match before Wapato held Quincy 15-12 in the match's final game to earn the conference win.
