Donald L. Conrad, 91, former Moses Lake resident, passed away Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, in Payson, Utah. Graveside services with military rites will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 6, at the 100F Cemetery in Ellensburg with Bishop Don Tucker officiating.
