SANDPOINT — World-renowned financial advisor Dave Ramsey will be making a virtual stop in Sandpoint later this month as part of his nationwide Town Hall for Hope.
Ramsey, who has given financial advice on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, “60 Minutes” and on his own radio program, will appear live via satellite at the Cedar Hills Church on Thursday, April 23.
Broadcasting simultaneously to thousands of churches throughout the country, Ramsey will give advice on conserving money, investigating expenses and paying down debt before answering questions from participants at individual churches, according to Bob Huyck, a Cedar Hills Church member who is helping to organize the event.
Huyck, a Sandpoint-based real estate agent, has attended Ramsey’s seminars and said the event is a must see for anyone concerned about reaching economic stability.
Although the town hall is taking place at Cedar Hills, Huyck said it is not a church event and everyone is welcome to attend.
The free town hall event, taking place at 227 McGhee Road, begins at 5:30 p.m.
