Gaylene Fowles, 65, returned peacefully to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2009, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center on Schweitzer Cutoff Road in Sandpoint.

Gaylene was born on Nov. 21, 1943, in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of LaVelle and Evona Fowles.

She moved to Sand-point, as a child, and attended Bonner County Schools.

She worked as a secretary in Sandpoint. In 2000 she moved to Delta, Utah and worked as a bookkeeper for the Duckworth Dairy, returning to Sandpoint in 2006.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sandpoint Ward.

She enjoyed trap shooting, bowling, and cooking for her family.

She is survived by her son, Tim (and Penney) Farmin; her son, Jason Catozzi; her daughter Shannon Yarbrough; six grandchildren; two brothers, Dee Fowles and Thayne Fowles; and three sisters, LaRene Black,Karen Liechty, and Janea Pixton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Patrick Farmin
