J. Ilani Kopiecki recently returned from a four-day craniosacral therapy II class, in which she participated as a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute.

Kopiecki helped students in the second level class of craniosacral therapy with hand-on techniques and clinical applications. Kopiecki has herself reached the advanced level certification in craniosacral therapy.

Craniosacral therapy is a light touch hands-on healing modality that effectively treats and releases tight and painful tissue anywhere in the body.

Kopiecki has been in practice for nine years, five of which have been at Stepping Stones Wellness Center in Sandpoint. In addition to craniosacral therapy, she also offers therapeutic bodywork and teaches classes in essential oils and other healing modalities.

For more information about craniosacral therapy, or other sessions Ilani offers, please call her business phone at 208 610-2005, or visit her web site at www.ilanisessions.com.
