Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to Helena Flats Road after a woman got into an altercation with her 15-year-old daughter. The argument reportedly was about the teen's pregnancy.
No one was injured and nothing spilled when a train derailed Friday afternoon next to U.S. 2 near Pine Creek Road.
A crash was reported on U.S. 2 near Hartt Hill. The car was still there when deputies arrived, but not the driver. In a separate call, the driver of a car on Boon Road near Somers fled the scene after a crash.
Deputies separated two men arguing on Woodland Park Drive, counseled a husband and wife arguing on Cedar Mill Road, and spoke with neighbors arguing on South Mountain View Drive. The last argument reportedly was about one party's driving behavior.
A jet boat on the Flathead River reportedly sucked up some rocks, disabling its motor. Rescue personnel responded to fetch the stranded boaters.
Someone in an Evergreen parking lot told dispatchers he had been threatened by an intoxicated man with a gun. Deputies found no gun.
A car hit a bear on Montana 35 near mile marker 30, but the animal apparently survived because it wasn't there when authorities arrived.

Kalispell police
Someone at a North Meridian Road restaurant overheard a man ask two teenage girls if they could get him some stuff. The girls said they could, but it might take awhile. Suspecting a drug deal, the eavesdropper called Kalispell police. Turns out, however, the man was talking about pizza.
A Phoenix Street resident called police to complain about a neighbor having a sheep, which is against the city ordinance prohibiting livestock.
Seven employees of a department store at a Center Street mall are suspects after the cash register came up short $1,000. The business will try to handle the matter internally.
Two panhandlers outside a business on U.S. 93 North were told to move along.
A man at a fast food restaurant on West Idaho Street told officers a man and woman in a truck with other passengers tried to hit him and his girlfriend.
While investigating a complaint about some kids who were hanging around Second Avenue East, officers cited two youth for curfew violation, one for possession of drug paraphernalia, and discovered a runaway.

Alarms
The Kalispell Fire Department responded to Main Street to treat a 17-year-old girl sick from drinking. Two boys ran off when help approached. The girl was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
The Kalispell Fire Department extinguished a burning car on Phoenix Street. A vehicle parked next to it also was damaged. An arson investigator was called to the scene.
A Fifth Avenue East North resident suffering from heat exhaustion was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center by paramedics with the Kalispell Fire Department.
Bigfork Ambulance responded to Alpine Drive after a 44-year-old man fell on some rocks. He was taken to the hospital.
The Kalispell Fire Department and Evergreen Fire Department responded to a crash on Trumble Creek Road. Two injured people were taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
The Whitefish Fire Department responded to Wisconsin Avenue after a car and bicyclist collided. The cyclist was taken to North Valley Hospital.
The Whitefish Fire Department responded to extinguish a fire burning off a path on East Lakeshore Drive.
Bigfork Ambulance twice responded to a nearby park, once to treat someone with a concussion and once to treat a teenage girl with a broken leg. She went to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
