Richard “Dick” Nelson, 61, longtime Moses Lake resident and shop manager at Columbia Basin Machine, passed away Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at his home.
Arrangements are in care of Kayser’s Chapel and Crematory, Moses Lake.
