Eugene J. Graham, longtime Moses Lake resident, died March 2, 2009, in Lakeridge Special Care Center in Moses Lake.

Gene was born Sept. 21, 1922, in Wenatchee, Wash., to Herbert and Grace (Scrivner) Graham.

Gene is survived by four sons, Burlie Graham, Roger (Kay) Graham, of Provo, Utah, Bill (Nancy) Graham of Scio, Ore., Wayne (Jeana) Graham of Brownsville, Ore., daughter Shelly Hutchinson of Moses Lake; two sisters, Geneva Timblin of Seattle, and Betty (Forrest) Lybbert of Moses Lake.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Edna Steele and Mary Branin, and one brother, Benton Graham.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nelson Road Chapel, 1849 E. Nelson Rd., Moses Lake. Burial will follow in the Moses Lake Cemetery.

Gene’s family has requested Carver Family Funeral Home, Moses Lake to care for arrangements.
