McClintock named 2009 valedictorian

Bonners Ferry High School senior Molly McClintock is the 2009 valedictorian. McClintock has a 4.0 grade-point-average.
Salutatorians are Riley Boorman, Alicia Hedrick, and Jody Wilkerson.
Molly is the daughter of Kennon and Jody McClintock of Bonners Ferry. Her favorite extra- curricular activities are dancing, running and reading. Molly plans on attending Davidson’s Honors College in Missoula, Mont., to major in botany.
Riley is the daughter of Stephen and Cyndy Boorman of Bonners Ferry. Riley’s GPA is 3.9. Among her extra-curricular activities are cross country, yearbook and city council. Riley plans on attending Montana Wilderness School of the Bible School for one year then Montana State University to major in psychology. She would like to pursue a career in social work.
Alicia is the daughter of Will and Tammy Hedrick of Bonners Ferry. Alicia has a GPA of 3.98 and her favorite activities are basketball, track and church youth group. She plans on attending Northwestern Nazarene University to major in veterinary medicine and minor in youth ministry. Alicia would like to become a veterinarian.
Jody is the son of Wayne and Wanda Wilkerson of Bonners Ferry. Jody has a GPA of 4.0. Some of his favorite activities include soccer, National Honor Society and his church youth group. Jody plans to attend the South Africa World Cup in 2010, which is a global soccer tournament. Then he plans to go on to college to major in whatever life leads him to.
