Farrens, the owner of Mountain View Archery and NW Custom Sawing, has served on city council for 12 years.

Smith, 56, was making her first bid for city council. She is a retired federal worker.

Moyie Springs Mayor Doug Evans was unopposed for a four-year term. He is paid $95 a month.
