State agency holds tax workshop Oct. 20

EAST WENATCHEE — New and small business owners are invited to a free tax workshop from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in East Wenatchee, on Oct. 20.
The event is at the Douglas County Fire District, 377 Eastmont Ave., East Wenatchee.
Workshop topics include the state’s excise taxes, reporting classifications, deductions, tax incentives, sales tax collection and record-keeping requirements.
Workbooks and a state rules and regulations reference guide are available at the event.
