Flathead County sheriff

A Badrock Drive resident called Flathead County Sheriff's deputies to report a trespasser after observing people outside the home and then finding blood on the window.

Someone reportedly stole a chain saw on Dancing Bear Lane in the Whitefish area.

A Columbia Meadows Drive resident's dog got loose, so a neighbor allegedly came over and threatened to kill it.

The driver of a car on Stillwater Drive allegedly shouted threats at workers while passing through a construction zone.

Deputies were called late Wednesday to break up a disturbance on East Oregon Street.

A dog reportedly killed chickens on Valley View Drive. A goat got loose on U.S. 2.

Deputies received 127 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Kalispell police

An intoxicated patron of a Woodland Park Drive bar told Kalispell police he had been slugged. The bartender, however, said the man had made a threatening phone call prior to the incident.

Officers arrested a 16-year-old girl on suspicion of partner assault and an outstanding warrant after responding to a domestic disturbance on First Avenue East.

A woman who swears she parks her vehicle in the same spot on Second Avenue East every day returned to find the car stolen. Officers found it a couple blocks away, locked.

Officers were notified when a former customer of a Second Avenue West North insurance agency came in acting weird.

A woman's purse was stolen from her car when she ran inside a Main Street business to do an errand.

Officers received 68 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a 24-year-old man for driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop outside a Baker Avenue bar.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of partner assault and resisting arrest following a domestic disturbance on Fox Hollow Lane.

Officers received 37 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police received 38 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Alarms

Paramedics with the Kalispell Fire Department responded to Fifth Avenue West North to treat a person suffering from a nose bleed.

The Hungry Horse Fire Department, Martin City Fire Department, Canyon Quick Response Unit, and Three Rivers EMS were paged out to treat a Hungry Horse resident suffering from flu symptoms.

The Creston Fire Department was dispatched to reports of a fire on Yeoman Hall Road.

The Badrock Fire Department and Three Rivers EMS responded to a two-car crash on U.S. 2 near Columbia Heights.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to 10th Street West after a gas line was ruptured.

The Kalispell Fire Department extinguished a Dumpster fire on 11th Street West.
