Mountain Drive-area residents filed a complaint against the person shooting their cows with a dart gun and stealing their firewood. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.

A woman at an Evergreen apartment complex told deputies a man punched her in the face during an argument.

Games, controllers, and a video game system were reported stolen on Middle Road. A 12-foot hauler full of firewood was stolen from an Evergreen parking lot.

Unwanted and harassing text messages allegedly were sent to an Evergreen resident.

A man was asked to leave a Shady Lane home during a dispute over unpaid rent.

Someone rang a West Bluegrass Drive woman's doorbell five times in one hour, prompting a request for additional patrol in the area.

Whitefish police arrested a 23-year-old man late Friday night on suspicion of assault after a disturbance at a Central Avenue bar.

In a separate incident a little while later, two men got into a fight outside the same bar.

While conducting a walk-through in again the same bar, officers arrested a 20-year-old man for possession of alcohol.

Officers received 24 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of DUI during a traffic stop on Eighth Avenue West.

Officers received 22 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Alarms

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to First Avenue West North after someone smelled what could have been an electrical fire in the making.

The Creston Fire Department and Evergreen Fire Department were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash on Van Sant Road.

Paramedics with the Kalispell Fire Department responded to a Howard Drive home to treat a choking resident.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on U.S. 93 near Happy Valley.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a North Main Street hotel after someone fell off a ladder, injuring his or her back.
