FACILITIES: Better restrooms needed
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 14 years, 9 months AGO
I would like to comment on the poor restroom facilities down by Tubbs Hill and Third Street docks.
It seems for the past 10 years people from all over world come to visit our little jewel in North Idaho and stay at five-star hotel resorts and have to be accommodated with having to use a honey bucket in place of what could be a modern restroom facility.
Please ask the city of Coeur d’Alene if they would do something about this. I have lived here all my life and back in 1979 there was an actual restroom building that was satisfactory for public use. You would think that people who come to our beautifull enviornment and spend all their hard earned vacation money, could experience the use of civilized up to standard restroom facilities. Please pass this message on to Ms. Bloem after all she uses the restrooms too at the Third Street docks. Thank you.
