Kootenai County Sheriff

Wednesday

10:50 p.m.: A Johnson boat motor and gas can valued at about $1,000 were reported stolen from a boat moored near the Twin Lakes channel boat launch near Rathdrum.

Thursday

1 p.m.: An acetylene torch, chain binders and other items with a total value of about $900 were reported stolen from a storage unit at a business located in the 9700 block of North Ramsey Road in Hayden.
