POLSON - Nathan Fisher is back in Lack County Detention after a dramatic capture at a residence just blocks from the courthouse.

Fisher, 23, was arrested Aug. 19 afternoon in a residence at 111 3rd. Ave. East in Polson. Fisher was lead out of the home, literally two blocks from the county courthouse, at gunpoint in relation to Fisher's alleged involvement in a stabbing on Aug. 11. He appeared in Judge Chuck Wall's Justice Court Friday afternoon and was informed that he is being held on $100,000 bond. He had been released on his own recognizance in June in relation to an incident earlier this year but his new alleged infractions violated the terms of his release, according to court documents.

Also seen by Judge Wall on Friday was Cecilia Basilio, who is charged with felony obstruction of justice. According to deputy county attorney Mark Russell, authorities, acting on a tip that Fisher was staying at Basilio's residence, visited her home Thursday morning to ask her if Fisher was there. She said no, but when law enforcement returned later in the day, she again said he was not in the residence but allowed officers to search her home. Officers found a hole in the wall and observed someone hiding in the crawl space, later identified as Fisher, whom they removed at gunpoint without incident. Fisher is considered an "officer caution" for drugs and weapons and was rumored to have a 9mm handgun after the Aug. 11 incident.

Basilio was ordered held on $5,000 bond.

Fisher is accused a stabbing the 23-year-old victim with a four-inch hunting knife around 5 p.m. on Aug. 11 at a residence in Pablo. The victim was stabilized at St. Luke Hospital in Ronan before being flown to St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula where he recovered, according to Lake County Undersheriff Jay Doyle.

Doyle said this is not the first time Fisher has been arrested in relation to a stabbing investigation. Officers detained Fisher after a Jan. 28 altercation outside the South Shore Lounge. Fisher allegedly stabbed the victim, Cody McKay, 17 times in the parking lot of the Polson bar. Fisher was released from the Lake County Jail on his own recognizance after a mistrial in late May in Judge C.B. McNeil's District Courtroom. He faced two felony charges of assault with a weapon and felony aggravated assault stemming from the January incident. He allegedly used a 3-inch knife to stab McKay. Deputy county attorney Cory Allen has refiled charges in the original case, which is set for another trial on Oct. 4.

Charges are pending on the latest incident.
