ROYAL CITY - Leading 34-7 by halftime, Kiona-Benton cruised to a 64-11 win over hosts Royal on Saturday night.

The Lady Knights (0-5. 0-1) were led by Terin Gonzales' six points.

"Ki-Be was able to separate themselves from us with a big second quarter run," Royal Lady Knights head coach Phil Daubel said. "They took advantage of our lack of defensive intensity and way too many costly turnovers."

Royal shot under 20 percent from the field and were shorthanded as two starters did not play.
