OKANOGAN - Despite a 10-0 lead to start the game and a 15-point, 12-rebound performance by Nikki Osborne, Almira/Coulee-Hartline couldn't sustain its mojo and fell 46-36 at Okanogan Friday night.

It was ACH's first loss of the season as the Lady Warriors dropped to 4-1 on the season.
