TOPPENISH - Othello could never get the edge on the Toppenish Wildcats and the Lady Huskies fell 49-34 last night in CWAC play.

Othello (0-7, 0-5) trailed 18-13 after the first quarter and could not make a run as the hosts built on their lead after each quarter.

"We didn't handle their press too well," Othello head coach Laurie Stickel said. "We had way too many turnovers."

Joanna Quezada led Othello with 10 points while Christine Kirkwood and Kimberly Bullis each had seven points.
