Here is a rundown of games from Lake County girls' basketball teams nearly a week and a half ago.
Polson 42, Stevensville 38
The Lady Pirates (2-3) appear to be back on track as they won their second straight game last Tuesday against Stevensville, 42-38. Junior Riley Kenney and senior Breanne Kelley led the team with 12 and 11 points respectively.
Polson jumped out to a 29-18 lead at halftime and then held Stevensville off in the second half for the victory.

Frenchtown 56, Ronan 27
The Maidens (0-5) let a promising first half slip away from them and scored just ten points in the second half en route to a 56-27 defeat. Courtney Clairmont led Ronan with 13 points.

Charlo 36, Hot Springs 11
Talk about defense. The Lady Vikings (4-1) stymied Hot Springs on the defensive end of the floor while hitting 18 shots at the free throw line and picking up their fourth victory of the year.
Junior Kinley Pope led Charlo with 12 points and junior Deondra Brown added 9.
Superior 62, Arlee 47
The Scarlets (2-3) couldn't make up for a slow start and fell to the Bobcats 62-47. They were led by Mahalia Hendren, who scored 14 and Kristyn Adams who had 11, but it wasn't enough to race a 14-7 deficit after the first quarter. Superior also outscored Arlee 18-10 in the fourth quarter.
