The names of the suspects and other information were unavailable at press time. The pursuit reportedly reach speeds of up to 100 mph.

The chase started around 4:36 p.m. about 7 miles south of Coeur d'Alene on U.S. 95 after the northbound driver failed to stop for speeding and reckless driving.

At least one of the passengers was transported to Kootenai Medical Center.

Traffic along I-90 was delayed during the search.
