Glacier Babe Ruth clinics start

Glacier Babe Ruth Baseball League is offering a six-month free membership at The Wave to those who take head coaching positions in Whitefish or Columbia Falls. Assistant coaches will be offered corporate rates for the year.
Anyone who knows baseball and wants to pass it on to the next generation and stay fit at the same time can call Glacier Babe Ruth president Ray Queen at 253-0857.
Glacier Babe Ruth will host clinics on Sunday nights at 6 p.m. starting March 7 at the Whitefish Armory. The baseball league will also sign up players for the 2010 season. Player fees have been lowered to $75.
Julio Delgado and Glacier Twins coach Lindsay Fansler will host the clinics. There is a $2 fee for each night. Players will be instructed on hitting, throwing and fielding. For more information, contact Ray Queen at 253-0857.
