Elvina Jean Orsborn

Elvina Jean (Billadeau) Orsborn, 72, died on Dec. 29, 2009 at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital in Libby.

She was born Aug. 30, 1937 to Elmer Lee and Mary Francis (Daniels) Billadeau in Brainerd, Minn. She married Roy Orsborn Sr. in January 1957. She retired from St. Regis Lumber Co., to stay home with the children and take care of the family.

Mrs. Orsborn loved crafts, quilting and crocheting. She spent countless hours making things to give away to family and friends. She was patient teaching granddaughters her quilting and crocheting skills. One of her favorite pastimes was to play bingo with her many friends.

Survivors include her husband, Roy Orsborn Sr., of Libby; children, Ray Orsborn and wife Tammy; Roy Orsborn Jr. and wife Marilyn; Theresa Cox and husband Brian; Peggy Rayome and husband Kenneth; Dale Orsborn; and Ted Maner and wife Eva; sister, Mary Reamer and husband Tedd of Green Valley, Ariz.; brother, LeRoy Billadeau and significant other Eva Thompson of Libby; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 3 from 1-5 p.m., at Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home. Services will be Monday, Jan. 4 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
