Woman forced out of foreclosed home

Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies instructed a woman to leave a home on the 4000 block of U.S. 2 West that she owned before it was foreclosed on last year. The woman was painting the outside of the house when deputies arrived Sunday.

There was a report of a girl, 14, being out of control at a home on South Woodland Drive. The girl, who is on probation, left the residence.

Deputies are investigating a possible partner-family member assault after a disturbance on U.S. 2 West near Kila.

Responding to a suspicious person report, deputies ended up questioning and then arresting a man, 22, on several warrants.

There was a report of three teenagers threatening to beat up a girl near U.S. 2 in Hungry Horse.

Deputies responded to a disturbance involving a husband and wife in Lake Hills Court in Bigfork early Monday. There were no arrests.

Skis were reported stolen at the Whitefish Mountain Resort.

There were 91 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

After a disturbance at a residence on the 400 block of Third Avenue West North, Kalispell Police arrested a man, 46, for partner-family member assault Sunday.

A man, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a disturbance at Fifth Avenue West and Center Street.

An extremely intoxicated man called from an Airport Road bar to report that he had just been assaulted by another man.

A resident on the 200 block of Fifth Avenue West reported that two game consoles were missing, apparently taken from the home sometime over the weekend.

There was a report of a man walking into grocery store on U.S. 93 South and walking out with two cases of beer.

A woman reported that her son showed up and refused to leave her home on the 800 block of 11th Street East. Officers drove him to a nearby restaurant.

Monday morning, there was a report of a door being busted and a cash register being taken from a business on the 50 block of Fifth Avenue East North.

There was a report of a man attempting to steal a vehicle from a dealership on East Idaho, but instead fleeing on foot.

After an anonymous call, officers arrested a man on several warrants at a home on the 300 block of Third Street West.

There were 37 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls Police got a  report Sunday of someone stealing a $100 gift card from a man’s home.

There were 11 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish Police had no significant incidents and 26 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Alarms

The Big Mountain Ambulance and ALERT helicopter responded to a report of a person with a head injury at the lower lodge at Whitefish Mountain Resort. The person ended up being flown to Kalispell Regional Medical Center for care.
