Ephrata Raceway Park tomorrow night will play host to the Columbia Basin Herald Night at the Races.

EPHRATA — Ephrata Raceway Park tomorrow night will play host to the Columbia Basin Herald Night at the Races.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. with races to commence at  7 p.m.

There will be six classes competiting in their midseason championships: Pepsi Cola Street Stocks, Schaeffer Oil Mini Stocks,

7-UP 360 Sprints, Ephrata Pioneer Muffler II Pure Stocks, and Kim Janke State Farm Agent Youth Hornets.

BIG CARS races are not scheduled tomorrow.

Tickets are $12 for adults, students and senior military can enter for $8, and family passes are $25 covering two adults and three kids.

As the season hits the midway point there are some interesting races brewing between the competitors within each of the classes.

The class standings are:

Super Stocks:

1. Robert Kirk 224, 2. David Macken 144, 3. Bart Hector Sr 84

Street Stocks:

1. Skyler Leseman 324, 2. Jason Ray 290, 3. Terry Osborn 288

Mini Stocks:

1. Bart Hector Jr 319, 2. Doug Brown 291, 3. Sid White 289

Pure Stocks:

1. Dallas White 376, 2. Derrick Kapalo 373, 3. Brad Arneson 258

Youth Hornets:

1. Colton Fisher 371, 2. Tyler Redin 341, 3. Kelly Olsick 330

360 Sprints:

1. Mike Fought 199, 2. Joe Smith 176, 3. Jatender Veenstra 141

BIG CARS:

1. Chris McCart 314, 2. Troy Lannoye 287, 3. Fred Moore 274
