Bike for Mike this Friday

On July 16, 2010 at 10:00 am, Kootenai County Police and Fire Memorial Foundation director's and Police & Fire first responders from Kootenai County will be making a Recumbent Bicycle presentation to former Coeur d' Alene police officer Mike Kralicek at Peak Health & Wellness Center, 927 Polston Ave. Post Falls.

As a result of fundraising efforts which included a pancake breakfast at Applebee's restaurant, individual donations from local police and fire, private individuals, Panhandle Kiwanis chapter, Marie's Boutique and a financial award from Kootenai County Memorial Foundation over $5,000.00 was raised for the purchase of a Recumbent bicycle.

The Recumbent bike will aid Mike with his therapy rehabilitation.
