'Tis free concert season in Kootenai County

The free summer concert series sponsored by the Post Falls Community Volunteers kicks off on Thursday with Raggs and Bush Doktor playing raggae music at Q'emiln Park from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Other Post Falls concerts include Kelly Hughes (country) in conjunction with the community picnic on Aug. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Six-foot Swing on Aug. 19 from 6 to 10 p.m.
