POST FALLS — The 13th annual River City Rod Run will be held at the Hot Rod Cafe at 1610 Schneidmiller Ave. along Interstate-90 in Post Falls on Friday and Saturday.

Hours for the free event are 5 p.m. to midnight on Friday and 9 a.m. to midnight on Saturday.

The cruise is 6-9 p.m. on Friday, followed by the neon and flame throwers from 9-10 p.m. Burnouts will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Other activities include stunt bike exhibitions, the car show, kids' games and music. There will also be vendors and concessions.

Friday 

Noon-8 p.m. — Late Registration at Hot Rod Cafe ($40)

5 p.m. — Show opens at the Hot Rod Cafe

6-7 p.m. — "High Ridaz" bike stunt exhibition

7-9 p.m. — Burn Out Contest

7-10 p.m. — Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88 NASCAR

9-9:30 p.m. —Flame Throwing Contest (in burn-out area)

9:30 p.m.-10 p.m. — Loud Pipes Contest (in burn-out area)

8:30 p.m.- Midnight — Show Band Headliner, "ROCK BOTTOM"

Midnight — Show Closes

Saturday  

8-10 a.m. — Park Hot Rods, Street Rodder Breakfast Buffet

9 a.m. — Show Opens

10 a.m. — Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88 NASCAR, all day every hour

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. — Glenn Vaughn Restoration Open House and Shop Tour

11 a.m. - Dusk — Show & Shine, Judging

11 a.m. - Noon — "High Ridaz" bike stunt exhibition

11 a.m. - Noon — Adult go-cart races

11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. — Show Band, "CROSSFIRE"

1-2 p.m. — Adult go-cart races
